Aspire Music Therapy, LLC is looking to hire a creative and compassionate music therapist to join our growing company in the Fort Wayne, IN area. We are excited to add a new team member who is motivated, collaborates well with other professionals, and builds sincere rapport with their clients.

Salary: Aspire offers competitive, salaried compensation. Compensation is based on education, experience, and selected full-time equivalency (FTE).

A 1.0 full-time position begins at approximately $51,000 annually, with reduced full-time options including 0.9 FTE starting around $47,000 and 0.8 FTE starting around $42,000. Our benefits package is worth around an additional $20,000.

Employees are encouraged to select the full-time level that best supports their capacity and work–life balance. We believe thoughtful workload choices lead to stronger therapeutic relationships and greater longevity in the field. Salaries may increase with experience and raises are given annually. Part-time compensation is available upon request.

    • Provide music therapy services to clients in a home, community, or clinic setting

    • Complete documentation in a professional and timely manner

    • Attend client & company team meetings

    • Be prepared for sessions

    • Current Board Certified Music Therapist (or current eligibility for exam, with subsequent successful completion required)

    • Bachelor/Equivalency Degree in Music Therapy

    • Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver's License, and Car Insurance

    • Have Excellent Clinical and Music Skills

    • Drug Testing may be required for certain contracts
