About Aspire Music Therapy

Aspire Music Therapy was founded from a belief that our community deserves access to meaningful, high-quality music therapy services at every stage of life. When Aspire began, music therapy in Northeast Indiana was mostly limited to Medicaid Waiver services. I saw the need for something broader, a place where individuals and families could experience the benefits of music therapy in settings ranging from early childhood to hospice, and everywhere in between. Aspire has grown into that vision: a space to connect with others through music, no matter their age or ability.

Aspire was founded in 2020.

At the same time, Aspire was built with music therapists and students in mind. As a new professional, I often felt alone and unsure how to grow, so I wanted to create a professional community where others could find support, supervision, and real opportunities to learn. Today, Aspire is home to a small but passionate team that values creativity, collaboration, and care. We continue to grow together, serving our clients, investing in the next generation of music therapists, and sharing our creativity with the larger music therapy community.

We have a dedicated and talented team committed to providing exceptional music therapy services. Each member of our team brings their unique skills and expertise, creating a diverse and dynamic group that is passionate about helping others through music.

Get to know some of our incredible team members below:

  • Owner

    I am a board-certified music therapist and Founder of Aspire Music Therapy, LLC in Fort Wayne, IN. I graduated from Indiana-University Purdue-University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Therapy in December of 2016. I’ve worked with a variety of populations, including developmental disabilities, geriatrics, physical disabilities, and mental health. I’ve also interned at the Northern Indiana VA, where I had the privilege to serve the men who served our country. I provided music therapy to the Vets to address a wide range of areas, including PTSD, dementia and hospice, physical rehabilitation, and mental health. I strive to create an environment during sessions for music to impact my clients physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Aside from work, I spend time with my community of family and friends, explore new places, and enjoy the local coffee shops.

  • Clinical Director of Music Therapy

    I am a Board Certified-Music Therapist and an employee of Aspire Music Therapy, LLC in Fort Wayne, IN. I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana and went on to study music therapy at Purdue University Fort Wayne. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in music therapy in the fall of 2021, then completed my clinical internship between Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital and Dynamic Music Services from April to October of 2021. I have worked with a variety of populations throughout my school experiences and internships, and feel a draw to the relationships formed in music therapy more than to any specific clientele population. Outside of work, I am also passionate about cooking, baking, and my ever-growing collection of houseplants.

    Neurologic Music Therapist

    I am a Board Certified Music Therapist and an employee of Aspire Music Therapy, LLC in Fort Wayne, IN. I received my Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy in December 2020 from Purdue University Fort Wayne. My primary instrument is voice, but I also love to play the guitar, piano, and ukulele. I completed my internship at Northern Indiana VA, where I had the privilege to serve the men and women who served our country. I have worked with various populations including a variety of mental health disorders and older adults in the dementia and hospice care units. I have a passion for connecting with others through music and the therapeutic relationship.

    I am a Board Certified-Music Therapist and an employee of Aspire Music Therapy, LLC in Fort Wayne, IN. I received my Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy in May of 2022 from Purdue University Fort Wayne. I completed my internship at the Northern Indiana VA, where I had the great privilege of furthering my education while working with the men and women that served our country. Throughout my career as a student and a professional I have worked with various populations including a variety of mental health disorders, geriatric and hospice patients, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Downs Syndrome, PTSD, and people with other intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. I am passionate about providing client and family first music therapy services that enhance the therapeutic process.

    I am a board-certified music therapist from New Palestine, IN, and an employee music therapist for Aspire Music Therapy, LLC in Fort Wayne, IN. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University in December of 2025. During my education, I gained valuable experience with at-risk adolescents, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and nursing home residents. I completed my internship with Aspire, where I further developed my therapeutic skills. I am excited to be a part of their team and build meaningful relationships with clients, enhancing their quality of life through a holistic, person-centered approach to care. Outside of work, I enjoy being with friends and family, running, taking care of plants, and being outdoors.

    I am a Board Certified-Music Therapist and an employee of Aspire Music Therapy, LLC in Fort Wayne, IN. In June of 2024, I received my Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN. I completed my internship at Aspire and am so grateful to be sticking around as a full-time member of the team! My previous clinical experience has consisted of work with various populations including older adults/memory care, Autism Spectrum Disorder, intensive care, mental health disorders, and people with other intellectual and developmental disabilities. I strive to provide highly individualized, person-focused care to each client and believe in the power of building a strong therapeutic relationship within which clinical progress can be made. In my free time, I like to visit local coffee shops, stay active through yoga, weightlifting & outdoor activities and spend time with my pets, my fiancé and my friends. 

  • Music Therapist

    Hello! My name is Rebekah Pyle and I am a board-certified music therapist and an employee at Aspire Music Therapy, LLC in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I am from North Manchester, IN, and graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy. I completed my internship working in medical oncology at Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC. Through my experience, I have learned how meaningful music can be in spaces of grief and hardship, as well as in spaces of joy and celebration. I love that music has the capacity to bring memories, change our mood, and create social connection. I truly love hearing people's stories and I have a passion for fostering change and growth in others. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to church, baking, and getting coffee!

  • Music Therapist
    Spanish-Speaking

    I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Board-Certified Music Therapist, born and raised in a small town in Puerto Rico. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2022 and am currently pursuing a Master of Music Therapy at the same institution. I completed my internship at Mainstay Music Therapy in 2023 and continued working with the company for the following year to further develop my clinical skills. Alongside my clinical work, I bring nearly 10 years of experience as a drug prevention consultant with an international public health organization. This background allows me to support individuals across the lifespan, including those navigating mental health and substance misuse recovery. I am deeply passionate about increasing access to supportive resources and building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, families and caregivers. Outside of work, I enjoy going to concerts with my husband, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with our dog, Lana.
